How to assemble the kindergarten suspended floor?
The kindergarten floating floor is a little more complicated in the assembly process. The kindergarten site will not only have some irregular shapes that need to be cut, but also spell out different patterns, so some brain cells need to be spent in the assembly process;
Tools/Materials:
Rubber hammer, stainless steel ruler, wallpaper knife, kindergarten site design drawings, marker;
The pavement of the suspended assembled floor does not require glue or other adhesives, and is directly assembled on the flat concrete foundation through the unique lock design. Therefore, the site of the kindergarten should firstly deal with the flatness of the base surface. If there is an obvious difference in height, level it, and fill it in time if there is a crack.
Before construction, clean up the sundries on the kindergarten site. The design drawings of the kindergarten site correspond to the real site. Based on the position marked on the drawings, use a marker to mark and spread the tiles on the kindergarten site;
The specifications of the suspended assembled floor are basically 25cm*25cm, each box is basically 10 square meters, and each floor is 8 pieces of spliced floors, so in the assembly process, it should correspond to the drawings. The excess floor can be deducted and replaced with other patterns. During the assembly process, remember to connect the buckles well, and then tap and lock them with a rubber hammer.
In order to ensure the appearance of the suspended floor when assembling, pay attention to the distance between the vacancy and the boundary (as well as the obstacles of the amusement equipment). You can use a stainless steel ruler and a wallpaper knife to mark the position for cutting and assembling (if it does not affect the use, you can ignore it), so that the kindergarten floating floor is assembled.
Matters needing attention: Remember to focus on the borders and cuttings of the floating floor of the kindergarten to prevent naughty children from destroying them!
